Michelle Alexander Is Right About Israel-Palestine by Marjorie Cohn

Please TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW and send your letter to the UN Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide and the International Criminal Court Prosecutor.

As Operation Protective Edge was winding down, the NLG and other legal organizations sent a letter to the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, urging her to investigate war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity in Gaza committed by Israel and aided and abetted by US leaders. The letter was based on an article I wrote documenting those crimes.

NLG Condemns Fordham Univ. Ban on Students for Justice in Palestine by National Lawyers Guild

The NLG condemns this latest act in the legacy of Anti-Palestinian discrimination, known as the “Palestine Exception” to Free Speech, and calls for the immediate instatement of the SJP Chapter at Fordham University… US Campaign for Palestinian Rights steering committee member and human rights attorney Bina Ahmad added, “Fordham University’s decision to suppress speech about genocide against the Palestinians and the Apartheid regime they live under is a slap in the face to the fundamental principles of free speech and open dialogue that Fordham claims to uphold…”
