MP Mandela calls for charges to be brought by the ICC against Netanyahu on International Solidarity Movement

PLEASE TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW AND SEND YOUR LETTER TO THE UN OFFICE OF THE SPECIAL ADVISER ON THE PREVENTION OF GENOCIDE AND THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT PROSECUTOR.

We are appalled by this level of inhumanity and the ongoing crimes against humanity and call for immediate charges to be brought by the International Criminal Court against Netanyahu.

Apartheid Israel’s occupation of Palestinian lands and its continued expansion of illegal settlements in violation of international law is the cause of these acts of brutality, ethnic cleansing and systematic genocide.

We call for justice for 2 year old Muhammad Tamimi and all Palestinian children being butchered by Apartheid Israel.

It’s time to renew our pledge and say never never never again by Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandela

Please TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW and send your letter to the UN Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide and the International Criminal Court Prosecutor.

SAs we repledge never never and never again the cries of our Palestinian brothers and sisters under siege in Al Aqsa, East Jerusalem and all of occupied Palestine falls on the deaf ears of the world. The hypocrisy of those who claim to mediate peace or promote normalisation but have allowed the proliferation of illegal settler expansion; Sheikh Jarrah in East Jerusalem is a case in point. Ourselves as South Africans erstwhile beneficiaries of global solidarity and the Anti-Apartheid Movement cannot sit by idly. We cannot countenance normalisation of trade and travel with Apartheid Israel; we have a moral obligation to do more just as the Palestinian leadership under Fateh despite their own woes shared moral, financial and military support to our struggle. We must legislate support for the BDS campaign as a matter of urgency and quid pro quo for Apartheid Israel’s continued ethnic cleansing, genocide and extermination of Palestinian presence from the Land of their birth.

UAE Israel pact will not advance cause of the Palestinians by Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandela

Please TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW and send your letter to the UN Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide and the International Criminal Court Prosecutor.

Those who believe that the UAE Israel pact will advance peace in the middle east live in a fool’s paradise. Israel has used the pacts it signed with Egypt in 1979 and with Jordan in 1994 to legitimise its occupation and has continued expansion of illegal settlements unabated.
A legitimate peace can only come from full recognition of the Palestinians’ fundamental human rights, restoration of justice and political rights, holding Apartheid Israel accountable for the continued genocide and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, release of all political prisoners, right of return of all Palestinians in the diaspora, and return of all occupied territory to its rightful owners.

[T]he Apartheid Israeli state has demonstrated its gross violation of international law and made a mockery of United Nations Resolutions without any consequences. On the contrary it continues to act with impunity and continues to commit acts that constitute a crime against humanity, ethnic cleansing and genocide against the Palestinians.
In the face of the above we continue to advance our principled call to support the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign.

My brothers and sisters; Palestine Expo reminds us of the reality of a nation that has now withstood 71 years of the Nakba. It reminds us of homes, farms and villages that was once home to a vibrant community with a proud history, culture, language and cuisine that has been usurped and occupied in gross violation of international law. Seven decades of ethnic cleansing and genocide perpetrated in the name of the myth of a land without people, for a people without land.
