PLEASE TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW AND SEND YOUR LETTER TO THE UN OFFICE OF THE SPECIAL ADVISER ON THE PREVENTION OF GENOCIDE AND THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT PROSECUTOR.

The effectiveness of policies of elimination requires two conditions: mass killings and varying degrees of violence on the one hand, and a supportive or complicit public on the other. Israel has both.

The phenomenon known as “settler violence” is a daily and endless sequence of assaults, of which only the tip of the iceberg ever reaches the Israeli media. Under the banner of a “war on terror,” soldiers can commit intolerable crimes, many of which, too, are rarely reported. The mass of the crimes, their frequency, their pervasiveness, and the explicit endorsement of them by Israel’s leadership and public opinion, are all designed to produce a reality in which the law of elimination becomes a law of nature.

Condemn “Bridging the Gap: Israel” Winter Term Program by Oberlin Students for a Free Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace

The use of ideological “both sides-isms” frames the Occupation of Palestine as a conflict and not a settler colonial project carrying out genocide. The Winter Term project puts the needs of a predominately wealthy, privileged Oberlin student population above the rights and realities of Palestinians experiencing genocide and ethnic cleansing… The genocide occurring in Palestine is ongoing and to take a trip to Palestine under any circumstance other than working towards Palestinian liberation is grossly inappropriate and directly supports apartheid.

This video was aimed at an Israeli audience to present a case of international support and religious justification for their war where none truly exists…

It is offensive, wrong and literally incitement towards war and genocide.

Sections 318, 319, and 320 of the Criminal Code of Canada forbid hate propaganda. “Hate propaganda” means “any writing, sign or visible representation that advocates or promotes genocide or the communication of which by any person would constitute an offence under section 319.”

Petitioning Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon: Acknowledge the Gaza Genocide

We must recognize the atrocities being committed in Gaza as Genocide.  Article 2 of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide is clear… Sir, at every turn, genocide has been ignored only to be acknowledged after the fact.   As Secretary General of the United Nations, you are obliged to put a stop to the ongoing genocide and punish the perpetrators.  If the call to duty, the voice of conscience, and the voices of the signatories to this petition is not heeded, then it is incumbent upon you to resign from your post.
