We became half a million Jews in Judea and Samaria [the West Bank] and we will become one million,” Ariel said. “There will be only one state between the river and the sea which is the state of Israel. “I think that we need to … kick out the Arabs,” says a young woman who, struggling to express her genocidal thoughts in English, turns to a friend for help. “We need to kill Arabs,” she manages to say in English, as she and her friend giggle.”

A prominent Israeli rabbi known to have advocated genocide in Gaza also advised that soldiers may rape during wartime, it has emerged. Shmuel Eliyahu, chief rabbi of Safad in present-day Israel, approved rape by the military in a 2002 article that has gone largely unnoticed.
Writing on Kipa.co.il, a popular Hebrew-language website catering for religious Jews, Eliyahu contended that Israeli soldiers would lose their motivation to wage war if they are not allowed to rape non-Jewish women.
The comments were made five years before Eliyahu recommended that Israel should use massive force in Gaza.
In 2007, he said that Israel “must kill 100,000, even a million” people in Gaza if that was necessary to stop Palestinian resistance fighters from firing rockets.

The European Union has hired an Israeli who advocates genocidal violence against Palestinians as the face of a new promotional campaign. Avishai Ivri appears in a video the EU embassy in Tel Aviv posted on its Facebook page last month…
Ivri was a writer for Latma, a defunct Israeli sketch show that reflected extreme right-wing and racist views, such as depicting migrants and refugees from African states as apes.
But that’s only the tip of the iceberg.
During Israel’s November 2012 attack on Gaza that killed 174 Palestinians, Ivri advocated even more extreme violence.
“Here’s a strategy that hasn’t been tried out yet: 1,000 Arabs killed for each one of our people killed. I think they owe us 5,000 from last week.” he tweeted.
“Fuck it, wipe out Gaza,” Ivri urged during the same attack.

The chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee in the Israeli parliament has asked if the Gaza Strip can be “thrown in the sea,” Shehab news agency reported on Monday. His question echoes that of the late Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. Avi Dichter made his comment on Israel’s Channel 2 TV. “In 1992, before Oslo, there was a bloody wave of attacks from and in Gaza,” he explained. “At one of the meetings, Rabin entered and suddenly asked: ‘Let me know, can the Gaza Strip be cut with a saw and thrown in the sea?.. All of them looked at me because I was the Shabak [internal security agency] chief in Gaza and I said: ‘Mr Prime Minister, we are working on this.’

We usually only post articles that explicitly contain the word “genocide” in them, as we try to provide analysis rather than news items. However we find this particular coverage of yesterday’s events to strongly imply the crime of incitement to genocide on a mass scale, from the Prime Minister, to the courts, to celebrities, to the Israeli public at large. We view this event, and political developments in Israel around this particular execution of Abd al-Fattah Yusri al-Sharif as a decisive moment in the history of the state of Israel’s ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people:
In Tel Aviv’s Yitzhak Rabin Square on Tuesday evening, thousands of Israelis rallied in support of Elor Azarya, the soldier filmed executing a gravely wounded Palestinian last month. Rally-goers shouted anti-Arab slogans and attacked persons perceived as being leftists or journalists. Hours earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a call for leniency for the soldier… independent reporter, Dan Cohen, tweeted that many in the crowd chanted “Death to Arabs,” a frequently heard rallying cry at anti-Palestinian demonstrations… Ahmed Tibi, a Palestinian lawmaker in Israel’s parliament, posted an image of a sign [in English] displayed at the rally reading “Kill them all.”.. The rally was organized by Sharon Gal, an Israeli journalist and former lawmaker, and was addressed by Azarya’s parents. Several Israeli pop icons were also scheduled to entertain the rally-goers, including singers Moshik Afia, Maor Edri and Amos Elgali, as well as rapper Subliminal, the Israeli website Ynet reported… Israel at first announced Azarya would be charged with murder, but following a surge of public support, the charges were downgraded to manslaughter.

On 9 September, a group calling itself the “Nascent Sanhedrin” (a reconstituted council of Jewish sages) held court in Jerusalem and accused the pontiff and other world leaders of crimes against the Jewish people.
Speaking to a crowd of about 40 men and a handful of women at the Diaspora Yeshiva seminary in the Old City of Jerusalem, the leaders of the Sanhedrin gave a series of speeches excoriating Pope Francis, US President Barack Obama, the European Union, the United Nations and other international bodies for not supporting Israel’s claims to “exclusive patrimony” over all of historic Palestine.
For three hours, the rabbis oscillated between accusing world leaders of plotting genocide against the Jewish people, and themselves calling for Jews to commit genocide against Muslims, Christians and other non-Jews.

A deputy speaker of a parliament writes to his prime minister and party leader and publicly proposes what I see as a plan for genocide. This project involves turning a piece of occupied territory with 1.8 million people into a city of his own country, for his own people. Those who “insist” on staying, he argues, will be asked to sign an oath of loyalty to their new masters.
