Today, justification for ethnic cleansing and genocide are rife across the Zionist political spectrum, from the left to the right, and the far right.
Here are some examples given by the journalist Ben White:
– I do not think that Arabs want peace. What I want is to be rid of them and to maintain a Jewish majority in the land of Israel.
– Only the strong wins. Parts of Gaza were sent back to the Stone Age.
– I’m happy to be a fascist.
– Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people and them alone.
None of these statements were made by the fascist right associated with Ben-Gvir and the other newly elected parties.
Israeli Human Rights Groups Call on U.S. to Sanction Ben-Gvir, Smotrich Over Human Rights Violations The letter, signed by more than 200 Israeli activists and human-rights organizations, accused incoming coalition lawmakers and their far-right allies as, among other things, inciting genocide against the Palestinian people and advocating for racial segregation.
A Middle Eastern Studies recent article “‘Cast thy bread’: Biological warfare used by Israel during the 1948 war” by historians Benny Morris and Benjamin Kedar revealed details of Israel’s covert utilization of bioweapons and poison against Palestinians during the systematic genocide campaign of 1947-48.
… Morris in the article stated “I find myself as convinced as ever that the Israelis played a major role in ridding the country of tens of thousands of Arabs during the 1948 war.” Morris also defended Israel after getting backlash and stated “I also believe their [Israeli] actions were inevitable and made sense.”
Let’s be brutally frank. There will be no peace in the Middle East so long as Brussels remains Palestinian blind, deaf and dumb. Didn’t the EU hear the frequent shouts of “Death to the Arabs” on the streets of Israel and Palestine? If the lawyers in Brussels missed the letter of the law, here is our advice, pro bono publico: threat of genocide is itself genocide.

It felt like a state sponsored attack. And that’s what happened in that march. They chose to let this happen. The Israelis knew that there will be genocidal chants, there would be call for “death for arabs”. I heard “death for arabs” being screamed at multiple occasions… There is a collusion that we saw on that day. There is collusion between the state of Israel, its armed forces, and those extremists, which if it’s like 70,000 people in the streets raising the Israeli flag and yelling “death to arabs”, those are not extremists, those are not the fringes. It’s 70,000 settlers, representing the Israeli state, and the Israeli state misrepresented by those who allow this to happen, who deployed 300 Israeli occupation forces in Jerusalem to protect those people, to allow their violence continue. And all the evidence we have, all the videos we have; no arrests were made. Any Palestinian who dared to resist, who dared to raise a Palestinian flag in their face, got attacked, got shot. Dozens, even 70 or 80, got arrested, many were hospitalised, the property damage is in millions I believe. It just looked like a day from the movie “The Purge”. If you’re a jewish settler you’re allowed to be violent against Palestinian subjects, and you get scot-free, just on this day. That’s what it felt like.
Far-right Israelis attacked Palestinian shop owners, journalists, and onlookers as they chanted genocidal slogans while marching through Jerusalem.

“But, you know, corona wasn’t the real virus here. You know what the real virus is? Arabs.”
Motti, in his mid-40s, wearing shorts and bare-headed, puts down his phone and looks up.
“Yes, you have that right. You know, I think that the police would come after me if they knew what I was thinking. They are a virus and they need to be rounded up and put in extermination camps. There’s no way that we’re going to be able to live together. It’s us or them.”

A member of the Israeli parliament, Israel Katz, warned Palestinians of another “Nakba” if they fly the Palestinian flag. The Likud lawmaker put up a video on his twitter this morning featuring him speaking at the parliament, with the message:
“Yesterday I warned the Arab students, who are flying Palestine flags at universities: Remember 48. Remember our independence war and your Nakba, don’t stretch the rope too much. […] If you don’t calm down we’ll teach you a lesson that won’t be forgotten.“
