Arab Organisation for Human Rights in the UK (AOHR UK) called on countries supporting the right to life and self-determination of Palestinians to sue the occupying state under the 1948 Genocide Convention at the International Court of Justice.
… The terms of the Genocide Prevention Convention are clear. They are being breached by the occupying state by making the lives of the Palestinians impossible, as they surround villages and cities with settlements, and systematically cause harm to the Palestinians at the physical and psychological levels.
… AOHR UK condemns the silence of the Public Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, who did not investigate any of the files presented to him, nor did he comment on the crimes that are being committed every day.
